How often should a property be pressure washed?
Most properties benefit from pressure washing every one to two years, although shaded areas, high-traffic surfaces and properties exposed to heavier organic growth may require more frequent cleaning. For strata and commercial sites, we can also establish recurring maintenance schedules based on the property.
What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing relies primarily on water pressure to clean durable surfaces such as concrete and hardscapes. Soft washing uses lower pressure with appropriate cleaning solutions and is better suited to siding, cladding and other surfaces that should not be cleaned aggressively.
Can pressure washing damage concrete, pavers or wood?
It can if the wrong pressure, nozzle or technique is used. We assess the material and condition first, then adjust the equipment and cleaning method accordingly. More delicate surfaces may require reduced pressure or soft washing instead.
How long does pressure washing take?
