Meet the Owner
Chase Ganaden
Founder, Flat Mate Property Services
Chase founded Flat Mate with a straightforward goal: make professional property care easier to arrange and easier to rely on.
With a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, he brings a business background and hands-on experience to running the company. He remains involved in day-to-day operations, supporting the team and working with customers to understand their properties and priorities.
Since founding Flat Mate in 2021, Chase has grown the business from single residential jobs to a crew trusted on institutional and government-scale sites as well, including work at BC Children's Hospital, across Metro Vancouver.
Chase also runs Graffiti Medic, which specializes in graffiti removal and prevention, including protective coatings, films, and ongoing patrol programs.

Patricia is often the first person you'll speak with at Flat Mate. She coordinates bookings, answers questions and keeps customers and technicians informed as work moves from the initial enquiry to the scheduled visit.
Whether you're arranging a one-time service or ongoing maintenance, Patricia helps organize the details and follows up on outstanding questions. Her friendly, practical approach makes it easy to discuss what you need and know what happens next.
Who We Are
Looking after a property takes coordination. We make it easier by bringing window cleaning, gutter maintenance, roof cleaning, exterior washing, and other essential services together under one team.
We work on everything from individual homes to strata complexes and commercial buildings. Each property has different surfaces, access requirements, and people to consider, so we plan the work around what your site needs.
That means choosing appropriate cleaning methods, taking care around landscaping and surrounding areas, and keeping you informed along the way. If we notice a visible maintenance concern while working, we'll flag it so you can decide what to do next.
Flat Mate is licensed, insured, and in good standing with WorkSafeBC, with $5 million in liability coverage. Insurance documentation is available on request.

Good service starts before the crew arrives. We provide a clear scope of work, explain the pricing, and coordinate access and scheduling so you know what to expect.
On site, we choose the equipment and cleaning method to suit the surface. We work carefully around your property and communicate any issues that could affect the job.
We're here for both one-time projects and ongoing maintenance. For customers who need regular service, we can help plan work around seasonal needs and property priorities.
Our approach also includes responsible product selection, water use, and runoff management, with methods chosen for the conditions at each site.
