Where We Work
We're based on Vancouver's Westside — Kitsilano, Point Grey, Dunbar, Kerrisdale and the surrounding streets are our backyard. Vancouver, the North Shore, Burnaby and Richmond are where we work most, with projects further out by request.
Exterior maintenance isn't the same job everywhere. A 1920s character home in Kitsilano under big-leaf maples needs a different gutter schedule to a Lynn Valley house backing onto conifer forest, and a sealed rainscreen tower in False Creek must never see the pressure that's fine on a Dunbar driveway. - North Vancouver Slopeside homes and forest-backed strata below the mountains.
- West Vancouver View lots and custom homes from Ambleside to Cypress.
- Burnaby Bungalows, walk-up strata and four fast-growing tower centres.
- Richmond 1980s-onward homes and dense new strata on the delta.
