We'd rather you read these than take our word for it. A few things worth noticing: our owner Chase appears by name in most of them, and a good number are from strata councils and property managers rather than one-off residential jobs.

In Their Words

Real feedback from homeowners, strata councils, property managers and businesses across Metro Vancouver.

Chance did a fantastic job of pressure washing our concrete walkways and decks. He used a pre-treatment bleach solution prior to the pressure washing and the results were excellent. He was very attentive to all the nooks and awkward angles. He also provided excellent window washing service, no streaks or residue. He was very professional and easy to communicate with, an easy 5 star review.

Just found Chase and his team on Nextdoor for our Strata. We had a really hard time trying to find a good company willing to do our commercial pressure washing; especially for our hard to access window washing. Everything was really straight forward, I was just hoping we could get our shared patio decks useable again but he showed us these special products they applied which totally restored the wood way beyond our expectations. Every little nook and cranny looked so much better. Couldn't recommend flat mate more. Looks fantastic.

Flat Mate Property Services has provided excellent gutter cleaning services to our strata corporation. The work was rendered as per scheduled with no complaints from a 117 units complex. They have additionally noted deficiencies needing to be addressed on the buildings other than gutter issues. I am very thankful for their service and I do recommend.
