Exterior Cleaning Companies In Vancouver, Compared
We built this page, including ourselves, the same way we'd want a competitor's page about us to be built: only what's actually verifiable, sourced to where it came from, and no figure we can't stand behind. Checked 12 October 2026.

Service, height and certification claims for companies other than Flat Mate are sourced to that company's own website as of 12 October 2026, not independently verified beyond that — companies change their offerings, and we'd rather point to the source than overstate our certainty. Review ratings and counts are from each company's Google Business Profile, checked 12 October 2026.
Where We Stand
We list certified rope access on our own site, and it isn't listed on three of the four competitor sites here — that's a real difference in what's publicly documented, not proof those companies can't do the work. We're tied with WashTech on review rating, and the review-rating numbers alone don't tell you everything that matters. Here's what we don't come out ahead on:
- Review volume: Shack Shine has far more Google reviews than we do (1,221 at Vancouver Central vs. our 267). They've been doing this longer and at a larger scale — that's a real advantage, not a number we can argue with.
- Rope access isn't unique to us: Grime Fighters is a dedicated rope-access specialist, IRATA/SPRAT certified up to Level 3 on their own site. If high-rise rope access is all you're comparing on, they're a legitimate option too.
