Crew members move up to lead hands and estimators. We promote from inside before we advertise outside.
What We Look For
Reliability first. Most of this work is not complicated to learn, but it does have to be done carefully and on the day we said we'd do it. If you turn up, communicate, and take care with other people's property, we can teach you everything else.
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round and at height
- A driver's licence is an asset but not essential for all roles
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Good communication — you'll be on customers' properties, often while they're home
