Handover dates don't move. Whatever else slips on a project, the day the building has to be presentable for inspection, marketing photography or occupancy is fixed — and exterior cleaning is the last trade before that date.
The work is not ordinary cleaning. Concrete slurry, mortar smears, paint overspray, adhesive and silicone all bond chemically to glass and cladding, and all of them get harder to remove every week they sit. A window that could be cleared in minutes at week one is a scratch risk at month three.
The method matters more than the speed here. We assess the residue and the glazing type, run a test area first, then use the chemistry and blade technique suited to that surface rather than one approach on everything.
