A new build or a finished renovation carries construction dust across every exterior surface, and the new glazing usually has concrete slurry, mortar haze, paint overspray or adhesive bonded to it. All of it gets harder to remove the longer it sits — glass that clears in minutes the first week can be a scratch risk a few months later.
We identify each residue and remove it the right way: correct chemistry and blade technique on tempered glass, with a test area first, and pressure or a soft wash suited to cladding, siding and hardscape for everything else. This is different from a routine exterior clean because the residues are bonded rather than sitting on the surface.
We schedule once the final trades are clear, so the wash-down isn't undone by someone finishing a job the next day, and coordinate around your move-in or listing date.
