Commercial hardscape is exposed to constant vehicle traffic, grease, oil and de-icing salt in a way most residential concrete never sees. Left unsealed, all of it soaks into the surface and accelerates the freeze-thaw damage that eventually breaks concrete apart — sealing helps protect against that wear and can extend how long the surface goes before it needs resurfacing, though the actual interval depends on traffic volume, exposure and maintenance.
We clean and fully dry the surface first, then apply a heavy-duty sealer rated for vehicle traffic rather than a residential-grade product, and specify slip resistance appropriate to public walkways, entrances and parking areas.
Larger properties are sealed in sections so parking, loading and entrances stay usable, with work coordinated around operating hours. Completion photos and service notes are available where applicable.
