Strata Window Cleaning

A strata window program has to survive contact with residents, weather and a rainy week without falling apart. Some owners want interior access and some don't, balconies need to be clear on the day, and the schedule needs enough lead time for council to notify everyone properly.

Common-area glass, exterior elevations and in-suite interior work are priced and scheduled separately, so council can choose what the budget covers this cycle. Low-rise and mid-rise elevations are cleaned with pole-fed pure water from the ground; high-rise glass that a pole can't reach is cleaned by rope access.

We hold the date once notice has gone out, and work through what weather we reasonably can rather than cancelling at the first forecast of rain — heavy rain and high wind are rescheduled for safety, not for the quality of the result.
