General Labourer / Technician

Position Overview:

As a General Labourer/Technician at Flat Mate Property Services, you will play a pivotal role in executing a variety of essential tasks aimed at transforming properties and ensuring their longevity. Your primary responsibilities will encompass a range of outdoor cleaning and restoration activities, contributing to the enhancement and preservation of both residential and commercial spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pressure washing to effectively remove dirt, grime, and contaminants from various surfaces, including walls, driveways, and walkways.

• Conduct gutter cleaning to prevent blockages and maintain proper drainage systems.

• Execute window cleaning to achieve sparkling and streak-free results.

• Administer soft washing techniques to gently and safely clean delicate surfaces, such as roofs and siding.

• Undertake wood restoration tasks, including staining and washing, to rejuvenate and protect wooden structures.

• Safely operate and maintain equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your team.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project execution and meet client expectations.

• Maintain a tidy and organized work environment, leaving properties in impeccable condition.

Qualifications:
