Requirements
Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory, or management role, preferably in a labor-intensive industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage projects and resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with team members and clients.
Familiarity with exterior cleaning equipment, techniques, and safety protocols.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive company vehicles.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform labor tasks when required.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Technical skills related to property maintenance and cleaning are advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
Leadership training or certifications are a plus.
